The problem

Interest-free property finance at a much larger ticket size and over a much longer term. A buyer choosing 120 months needs the price per square metre to be fixed at signing and to stay fixed, whatever happens to the market.

What I built

Backend work across the product: features and APIs on the shared financing core.

OutcomeBuyers can see the real monthly figure before committing, with the per-m² price fixed at contract rather than floating.
